The user's data are collected and processed in order to provide its services and ensure the fulfilment of the contract signed with the person concerned or to process any pre-contractual requests made by the same (e.g. the drafting and submission of an estimate).

The data are also acquired and processed for the following purposes: integration with social networks, external platforms and third parties (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), profiling and statistics, communication with the user, displaying the content of external platforms and interacting with them, protecting the site from SPAM.

The Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the data processed in accordance with the relevant legislation in force, as well as an appropriate security policy that includes training the staff in charge of processing to ensure that the processing is always carried out safely.

In the event of the appointment of Data Processors (e.g. hosting providers, IT companies, suppliers in general), the Data Controller shall ensure that they constantly operate in compliance with the provisions of the Law by adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the rights of the data subject.

Time and place of data storage

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the premises of CLARALUNA S.A.S and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge, or by persons in charge of maintenance and updating of the website.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated (except to companies in charge of mailing, data entry, updating and maintenance of the website) or sold to third parties.
